Brenda was outstanding from the first phone call to the transition of ownership. Day or night, weekend, she was there and by "there," I mean present, listening, and taking the stress out of a really stressful process. Also, when we asked for specific advice, she offered clear answers grounded in decades of experience and it was clear that she'd thought a lot about our property and the best ways to sell it. But also let us make the final decisions; she was just there to guide and assist us in a field she knows incredibly well. Brenda made sure we had top photographers presenting our home online, she made sure our property was seen in a variety of online locations, she provided feedback after showings within 24 hrs if not sooner, and she helped us navigate the offer/counter-offer process on our home that kept respected our priorities and kept us aware of what the market would allow. Long-term management of a property

Brenda managed a house that I had in Hattiesburg, MS from when I bought it in 2006 until I sold it in July 2022. Brenda did a great job finding good tenants, taking care of maintenance, handling the rents and bookkeeping, and making sure that any turnovers occurred with no problems and short downtimes.
