Wyn MotterREALTOR®

Wyn began her real estate career about 11 years ago in Hattiesburg, MS. During those years Wyn has worked by representing multiple buyers, sellers, developers, empty nesters, first time buyers and everyone in between. She has personally closed over 250 real estate transactions to date. She believes in listening to the details that lead to the perfect home for each and every buyer who puts their trust in her. When representing sellers she has the experience to advise the clients on the best way to present and market their property.
Wyn grew up in Marietta, GA as one of three close sisters. She attended the University of West Georgia and was a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority. She transferred to Georgia Southern University where she earned a degree in Printing Management. Wyn and her husband Don married in 1993, settled in Hattiesburg and started their family. She was a stay at home mom with three children until 2006. All three children attended Presbyterian Christian School for ten years prior to attending Oak Grove Public Schools. Her son and daughter are now attending the University of Southern Mississippi. Having been on the PTO board at PCS gives her a very good perspective of the private schools in the Hattiesburg area. Her children have attended Oak Grove Public Schools for the last several years and can attest to the excellence of the school system, now with a Freshman and Senior at USM.
Community involvement has always been a big part of Wyn’s life. She is a member of the Junior Auxiliary of Hattiesburg, The Tall Pines Garden Club, a member of the Bridgefield Estates Home Owner’s Association and served as Secretary of the PCS Parent Teacher Organization for 7 of the 10 years she served.
