As the spouse of a Retired ARMY Veteran, I know what it’s like to move. The military transferred my family eight times in twenty years. This doesn’t include local moves that we made based on military housing availability or the homes that we bought and sold over the years.
Through the military, I was able to experience the culture and history of many states as well as overseas. I am also very familiar with building new relationships, transplanting my children without skipping a beat, and saying goodbye to friends and family along the way. I have gained experience both personally and professionally due to the many opportunities that have been provided to me. This long and wonderful road has brought my family to our permanent home on the Gulf Coast.

    My husband and I are really grateful we chose Melanie to be our realtor! She's very knowledgeable, quick with communication, and in finding what we were looking for. That was especially helpful since we were all the way up in Connecticut and couldn't see any houses in person. Her walkthroughs were thorough and informative & we appreciated her helpful tips on what was good and not so good. Military life and moving are stressful but Melanie is familiar with both and made everything go smoothly. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a realtor that: knows the area, has your best interest in mind, is accommodating and friendly. :)

    Melanie did an outstanding job helping us sell our late father's home. It was a special house to us and she took that into consideration and had patience with us but still kept us on track. She was quick to respond to us and had incredible communication. She broke down terminology so we could understand. She knew exactly what to price it at based on comps and condition and we had a sale in less than 24 hours. It was so easy with her. I highly recommend Melanie and will use her if I sell again.

    My wife and I recently moved from CO to MS for a new job opportunity. Melanie was instrumental in showing us around the area, giving tips, and helping us find an amazing home just right for us. She was readily available whenever we had questions, and always had a great attitude. On top of all that, she is competent, prompt, and very knowledgeable about what she does.     Melanie is a wonderful agent, compassionate, listens to your concerns and went WAY above any agent I have ever worked with. Could not have made it through selling and moving out of the house without her. She is always there when you need her, even when she is on vacation. Melanie is one of those rare gents who loves what she does and it shines through every contact with her. Good advise, extremely knowledgable about the area -- what will sell at what price. Also great negoatiatng skills when you have multiple folks interested in your property. After my husband's death, I wasn't able to focus properly on downsizing and had mobility issues. She immediately found someone to help me. Not afraid to roll up her sleeves and help, when I was in meltdown panic about getting things out of house in time for final walk-through. Melanie Goes to bat for YOU. ABOVE AND BEYOND should be her motto. Can't say enough good things about her.

    Melanie is the best, we were moving from Hawaii back to Mississippi and she made sure that all of our questions were answered. She brought my parents with her to view the home we wanted and did a video walk through with us. Melanie helped us get the home we wanted for the price that we wanted.
