Colin generated a LOT of interest in our house very quickly. We had multiple offers come in and he negotiated flawlessly. He was able to get more for our house than we ever expected. He acted professionally and was always happy to answer any of our questions. I had not know Colin previously but have now already recommended him to family and friends.

We were first time house sellers... We went round and round about what to do before contacting a realtor to sell our house and the next thing you know we're in the middle of a pandemic. Now what? We had met Colin at a friend's Christmas party prior to any COVID-19 concerns. Initially our friend (same one) was going to sell our house, but she was no longer in the business. Not knowing how to proceed, I said to my wife, I'm going to call Colin. He set up an appointment and assured us he'd respect our level of quarantine (83 year old mother-in-law living with us) and took every precaution at that initial walk-thru/meeting. WoW ! My wife and I knew immediately Colin would be our realtor. We were interested in selling the house ASAP but wouldn't be out of the house 'til the end of the month with a truck load or more of stuff left to move. Additionally, Colin was very straight forward about the condition of the house and what needed to be done. He also said that there might be a few other things that we could do make it a bit more marketable. He then sprang into action... We didn't have time to have the house cleaned before we left town. No problem. Colin handled that at a very reasonable cost... and also suggested a few other repairs. We talked about price, in the middle of a pandemic, mind you, and next thing we knew our house was on the market ! Again he was very straight forward about pricing... We did wind up lowering our asking price a bit but were totally satisfied with the final price. Once an offer arrived he again was on task. But now we were now living out of town he was an open book (texts, emails, facetime, videos) about how things should proceed since we had no clue. He was very reassuring. Colin covered every detail, from that initial meeting to the final closing; everything from landscaping, repairs, marketing, photos, cleaning, personal updates, pricing discussions, electronic documents, legal documents and anything else you can imagine, up in the middle of COVID-19. WoW again! The whole process was an incredibly painless experience all coordinated by Colin. He was very personal yet professional, transparent and straight forward, and made us very comfortable throughout. We highly and enthusiastically recommend Colin !

He is totally modern, as I never had to leave my home to sign something, I was able to do everything digitally ????
