Is your child crazy about the movie Frozen? Looking for something fun to do on a Monday night? Come out to the Clinton Community Nature Center for a Frozen Celebration! There will be a choreographed musical light show to the popular Frozen song "Let it Go". If you come dressed as your favorite Frozen character, you can get in for "free"! Your favorite Frozen characters will be there as well! It is sure to be a magical night!

Sale at Bookend Alley takes place between Aven Hall and Leland Speed Library on the first Thursday of the month. Look for the balloons and find your way to the basement door. Sale starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 6:00 p.m. Prices range from $1-$25! Everything from nonfiction and fiction for adults to fiction for children.

Come out to Fresh at Five in Olde Towne this Tuesday of course at 5 p.m.! The cost is free as you can purchase items from local produced vendors and enjoy music and interactive demonstrations. This is a great place to buy fresh locally grown produce with anything from kettle korn to dairy products, so don't miss it.

The Farm to Table Dinner event will feature locally grown dishes including hors d'oeuvres, salad, main course, and dessert. Music will be provided by Luke Campbell and Evan Ciarloni. Limited seating is available for $40 person at 300 E. Street Ext. on Clinton's Main Street! Get your seats for Saturday, June 4, at 6:30 p.m.

This off-road race is a fundraiser for the Mississippi College FCA. This event includes a duathlon, an 8K, a kids' one-mile fun run and an Easter egg hunt. This Endurance Challenge will be this Saturday, March 26 at 8:00 am at the Choctaw Trails in Clinton! Cost is: Duathlon-$45, 8K-$30, $10 fun run, $5 egg hunt.

Go check out Christmas lights and displays at Clinton Nature Center on December 22 from 5-8 p.m.! There will be carols, concessions, crafts, and even pictures with Santa! The only admission charge is to the light show in the amphitheater. Don't miss out!

Brick Streets Pops is having a Grand Opening event! A ribbon cutting will be held at 10:30 a.m. on November 20. All are invited to attend! There will be special deals on pops, drinks, and candy. That evening, beginning at 5 p.m. and going until 10 p.m., there will also be live music. Don't miss out on this fun time!

The Olde Towne Market is back on the brickstreets this weekend! November 14 is the 8th annual holiday market and it's absolutely free to check out all the great booths. Don't miss it!

Don't miss the Zombie Run! The run/walk includes a one-mile route for "zombies" only, and a 5K for humans and zombies. Race winners will receive coupon prizes. Don't forget your costume! Registration is required. This event will take place Saturday, October 17, 8:00-10:00 pm at Traceway Park in Clinton. Cost is free if you bring one 3.5 lb bag of candy!

Come out October 12 for the Baptist Healthplex's Zumbathon! This will benefit Baptist Cancer Services' fund for the girls. The event will take place from 6 p.m.-8 p.m. There will even be door prizes! $10 in advance and $15 at the door. Enjoy!

Come out for the market on the brickstreets of Clinton! Fantastic booths will be set up with a country fair theme. Regional growers and producers will have products for consumers. October 10, 2015 starting at 9 a.m. and the cost is free.

Come out for dinner and a movie! Bring your lawn chairs and blankets and snuggle up on Friday night, October 2nd to see Harry Potter & The Sorcerer's Stone! LurnyD's Grille will have food available for purchase. Seeing the movie is absolutely free and one of the best reoccurring events in Clinton! Movie starts at 6 p.m.!

Come out for Mississippi College's production of "Into the Woods" on Friday, September 25 at 7 p.m. This production will take place in the Aven Fine Arts Building on the MC campus in Clinton. Cost is $20 for adults and $10 for students and children. Go support your local productions!

Join Olde Towne from 6 p.m. - 10 p.m. on August 29th for one of the best events thus far! Shop around for some local fine art or just enjoy the live music from some local musicians! The festival is considered an open-air showcase focusing heavily on music with a few different live shows taking place throughout the night. This is a family friendly event or great for just adults. See you there!

Come out to the famous 303 Jefferson in Clinton on Thursday, July 16, 8 p.m.-10 p.m. for Olde Town After Dark! All locals are invited to participate and compete in trivia for cash and other great prizes. Teams must have four people and there is a $10 entrance fee. This will be a fun event for all! An evening with good food and a great movie makes for a wonderful family outing, and you could not find a better venue for an outdoor movie than the brick streets of Olde Towne Clinton! Movies are shown free of charge and dinner is offered from selected restaurants and food vendors around town. Main Street Clinton will show The LEGO Movie at dusk (approx. 6:45 p.m.) on May 22. Dinner by LurnyD's Grille will begin at 6:00 p.m.

Movie night on the brickstreets is making its comeback this Friday! This Friday night the movie will be....A Bug's Life! The event is absolutely free and food from selected restaurants and food vendors will be available. This event is a great family event and also great just for a night out!

Mississippi College has an outstanding music department. The university is famous for the talent this department produces and the students' future accomplishments. Sclater IV will be held Friday, February 27, at 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. in the Aven Fine Arts building. Tickets for the James S. Sclater Chamber Music Series at Mississippi College may be purchased in advance or at the door. The Clinton Visitor Center invited the public to a country, bluegrass, and gospel jam session on Sunday May 25 from 1:30-4:00 pm. The visitor center is located just off the Natchez Trace at 1300 Pinehaven Road. All were welcome to bring an instrument, sing along or just come and listen. This event will continue weekly on Sundays except for the first Sunday of the month.
