    Although Vicksburg is a nice little drive from the Jackson Metro Area, many visit the historically famous town for the Annual RiverFest! The 28th Annual RiverFest Music and Arts Festival is April 17th and 18th featuring live music as well as free Saturday daytime activities. Concerts are from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight and admission is $10. Saturday's daytime activities start at 8:00 a.m. at the RiverFest Arts & Crafts Show around City Hall. Other activities include live music, street performers, children's activities, food booths, and fabulous sidewalk sales with participating downtown merchants. Go check out this great town and have some fun!
