This was my first time buying a house, and if I hadn't had Kristy with me at every step of the way, it would have been a disaster. She was so encouraging and informative - it really helped me understand the entire process and made everything less complicated and confusing. Every time I had a question, I could text her and get a response within the hour. She kept me up-to-date on every detail, so I never had to worry if there was something I was missing.I couldn't be happier with my new house, and I owe it all to Kristy! Kristy went above and beyond for my wife and I! Being first time home buyers, it was nerve wrecking to even consider buying a home, luckily a close friend of ours recommended Kristy. Within the first initial phone call/text, we knew this was going to be life changing for us. Kristy walked us through EVERY SINGLE STEP! She answered all 100487362748 questions we had, and showed us about that many house all over the pine belt. She read us like an open book and wouldn't let us settle for anything less than perfect. We just bought our first house and with Kristy's help and contacts, she was able to get us with a lender that was just as amazing as she was. I wish Zillow would let me give Kristy a 100 stars. Working with her was literally the best. From our very first phone call, I knew I was going to love working with her. She brought a sense of enthusiasm to sell our house that was unmatched and has the knowledge to back it up. She listened to our time frame and situation of moving dates due to a new job in a different state. She priced our property perfectly and effectively. The showing photos were above and beyond what I was expecting. She helped us navigate the negotiations brilliantly when needed. Especially in ways that I would have never considered. She always had our best interest in mind, while also doing what is right ultimately to sell the house. When repairs needed to be done, her contractors were fair, responsive, and trustworthy. She made sure we were informed of every step in the process and what to expect going forward. She even knew how to handle my impatience in a way that always left me with a smile. Literally could not of asked for a better experience. I only wish that I could use her when we buy a house in a few months, but we’re in a different state now.Do yourself a favor and give her a call. You most certainly will not regret it.

Kristy is a gem! We were new to the area and she took such good care of us, not only showing us homes but telling us all about the area, recommending things to see, places to eat. She made it so easy to fall in love with our new home. Vendor recommendations were also on point and she has remained in contact well after our closing. You can't go wrong giving her your trust, Kristy will listen to your needs and work hard to deliver results.

Kristy made buying and selling a home at the same time effortless. She is very knowledgeable on everything from the realtor side of things to explaining the results of the home inspection.
