Kristy was absolutely wonderful. She was refreshing and always positive. Kristy made sure to take care of everything we needed and asked for. Her communication skills were amazing! If you are looking for someone who would go above and beyond for you this is the lady! Also, she made sure when viewing houses to look for things that most buyers wouldn’t think to look for. She is just an awesome realtor and all around great person!

Kristy is a gem! We were new to the area and she took such good care of us, not only showing us homes but telling us all about the area, recommending things to see, places to eat. She made it so easy to fall in love with our new home. Vendor recommendations were also on point and she has remained in contact well after our closing. We started the process of buying a house over a year ago. We were in search of a very specific property. Kristy listened to what our goals were and was able find us the perfect house to make a home. One early morning, she sent us a listing and said she already had a viewing set up. By that afternoon, we had many detailed videos of the property and we loved it. Each day we are so thankful for this opportunity and we are lucky that we had Kristy on our team.Believe me, she will not let you down and is one of the most positive and enthusiastic real estate agents I have worked with. In an absolutely insane time, she was a constant. There is much to be said of someone who goes over and beyond what is necessary and does so with a commitment to her client. We cannot recommend Kristy and her team enough.

We found the house of our dreams before we had our current house listed. Kristy has been amazing to work with. She kept us informed on everything leading up to the closing on the new home. Now on the other hand if you are wanting and agent that will tell you what you want to hear vs what you need to hear then Kristy is not the agent for you. Our home that we listed and sold with her was older home and needed updating. Home is in a very desirable neighborhood. We sat down with Kristy and came up with what we believed was a great price of the home due to location, but needing updates. Well that house was under contract in a week.
