    An approximate 30-minute drive west of McComb on Hwy. 98 will take you to one of the finest lakes in Mississippi - Lake Okhissa. Lake Okhissa, a beautiful 1,100-acre lake is in the heart of the Homochitto National Forest near Bude.

    The Lake is a haven for bass fishing tournaments. As early as 4:30 a.m. on a tournament day, a parade of boats drive in from the regular well used fishing boats to the most professional customized boats. Other activities enjoyed at the lake are water skiing, swimming, and camping.
